Technical Support
Janus International offers training for
the use of ceiling and wall cleaning products and equipment.
In addition, we offer training in the application and field
testing of flame retardant for fabrics, porous material and
some types of construction materials.
The Ceiling and Wall Cleaning
Training consists of 1/2 day of information on
performing the service, pricing, marketing, hands on
instruction and training for the service. This training is
available in Florida or can be conducted on site at your
facility. If you have purchased a complete
Starter Package , the training is included at no
charge(transportation and accommodations costs are additional
if applicable ).
The Fire Retardant Training consists
of 2 days of information on performing the service, pricing,
marketing, hands on instruction and training, field testing,
and final information and performance testing as a
contractor/applicator. This training is available in Florida
or can even be conducted on site at your facility. (

applicable ).
Once you have purchased a
Starter Package or equipment, completed a training
seminar, or passed as an approved fire retardant
contractor/applicator, continuing technical support is just a
phone, fax or e-mail away. If none of the above applies to
you, technical support is available on a yearly support fee
basis.
